We aim to create a liquid that is a blend of rosé and red, with a concentrated umami, called Anaguma.
Fermentation and aging are carried out in old barrels.
To convey the charm of the fruits from the blessed 2021 weather, we extended the maceration period longer than usual, resulting in a color closer to red wine.
It has a vibrant ruby color with a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of sour cherries, and a slight black nuance that feels like gunpowder adds an accent.
The taste is gentle and easy to drink as always.
