The FUNPY series explores the potential of table grapes, aiming for a fun and happy taste. FUNPY Orange is based on Delaware and Niagara, with a very small amount of Kerner and Sauvignon Blanc as ingredients. It is crafted in a light style to be more approachable for those unfamiliar with orange wine. Initially, right after bottling, the aroma was heavy and overwhelming, but now it has become vibrant and light, truly FUNPY. The top notes feature a lively nuance of tropical fruits and Muscat aroma, along with a ginger sensation from whole bunches. The taste is dry and light, with a hint of tannin from maceration.
We conducted tastings at various temperature ranges, and it seems that not chilling it too much results in a better balance.
