A wine that is a blend of several varieties of grapes, achieving a balanced flavor.

The grapes harvested from contracted farmers in Niigata City were carefully fermented and aged in barrels for one year.
Merlot made from clay soil is characterized by a slight hint of greenness even when fully ripe. To positively enhance its flavor, carbonic maceration is applied during fermentation, giving it a soft yet core flavor.
