The vineyard, located at an altitude of 650 meters along the Narai River flowing south from the Central Alps to the Matsumoto Plain, is surrounded by a winery. The soil, once a riverbed, is rich in gravel and sand, providing excellent drainage and abundant minerals.
In 2023, we were blessed with good weather and harvested fully ripe grapes in excellent condition. The blend consists of 76% Chardonnay, 14% Viognier, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, aged for 7 months in old barrels.
A wine characterized by rich fruit flavors such as citrus, white peach, and pear, with aromas of jasmine and vanilla, and a deep, layered acidity.
