Skin fermented for 6-14 days in amphora and resin tanks.
Aged for 8-9 months (75% amphora, 25% resin tank).
Unfined, unfiltered, no added antioxidants.
The aroma combines notes of mandarin peel, verbena-like herbs, and the distinctive candy scent of edible grapes.
The flavor is fresh, with the sweetness of ripe Delaware grapes balanced pleasantly by tannins derived from maceration*.
