The Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat grapes from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture were harvested simultaneously and immediately crushed. After 12 hours of skin contact, they were gently pressed. After about 2-3 weeks of alcoholic fermentation, the Delaware grapes were blended in whole clusters. Before bottling, the Delaware juice was returned to adjust the sugar content, and it underwent a second fermentation in the bottle.
This is a frizzante characterized by aromatic scents derived from Niagara and Muscat varieties.
