100% Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture are used. After 12 hours of skin contact, it is pressed, blended with direct-pressed juice, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, Delaware juice is added back in to adjust the sugar content, and it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. A fresh frizzante that offers the taste of biting into the grapes themselves, with fruity notes and acidity.
The aroma evokes a fruity impression reminiscent of ripe pineapples and mandarins. Upon tasting, a subtle carbonation can be felt on the tip of the tongue. The flavor, like the aroma, has a fresh impression, and the sweet and sourness of table grapes can be directly felt.
