"All grapes used are from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. Fermented spontaneously with wild yeast. No fining, no filtration, and no preservatives or other additives are used. The aroma is very fresh, reminiscent of red fruits like cherries and red currants."
The taste is juicy and gives a fresh impression, with nuances of red fruits similar to the aroma, and the greenness of the bunch adds a spice. Overall, it is fresh and juicy, but you can also feel the smoothness from the amphora (unglazed terracotta vessel) fermentation in this rosé wine.
