This collaborative wine uses grapes from our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, combined with MBA grapes provided by Misawaen, a historic vineyard in the city.
We blended Misawaen's MBA with our own Merlot, Syrah, and others.
Yeast from Lalman company was used. The color is a deep garnet.
With MBA's mellow acidity and tannins, this wine is fresh, smooth, and easy to drink, ranging from light to medium body.
The MBA, usually grown for fresh eating, was specially prepared for wine production this time.
High sugar content and rich color are signs of quality grapes.
This wine is crafted with the expertise of a legendary farmer from Sagamihara.
