2018 was not a year blessed with weather, with relatively high temperatures, summer rainfall, and two typhoons hitting in September.
The grapes in our vineyard located at an altitude of 700 meters were no exception.
However, by thoroughly managing leaf removal, pest control timing, shoot management, and fruit thinning, we achieved a high yield and good color without issues.
With good color and a balanced acidity, this wine has developed rich fruit flavors, moderate tannins and acidity, and a soft oak aroma through long-term aging.
You can enjoy it immediately after opening, but after 2 to 3 days, it develops a smoother taste.
