Made with 100% Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. This sparkling wine is bottled during fermentation and continues fermenting inside the bottle, allowing the carbon dioxide produced by the yeast to dissolve into the wine. Because it is unfiltered, it retains grape-derived cloudiness and sediment, which create a uniquely rich flavor.
