The soft mouthfeel comes from the Merlot. It is blended in a ratio of Merlot 7: Pinot Noir 3, but the Pinot Noir is dominant. It gives the impression that the Merlot gently supports the Pinot Noir...

I wanted to do it the most. But with my feelings for Pinot Noir, which is the most difficult and perplexing, I quietly make my appearance in a new guise, like the faint sound of rain that can be heard when you listen closely.
