A very complex aroma with elements of orange peel, yuzu, baked apple, La France pear, quince, apricot, chamomile, caramelized onion, mushrooms, nuts, almond, chestnut, vanilla, yogurt, honey, cream, butter, and iodine (seaweed).
Within a clear and delicate impression, soft acidity, sweet honey, and salty minerals flow creamy and smoothly over the tongue.
The aftertaste slowly spreads in the mouth with elements of umami accompanied by the aromas of vanilla, nuts, and butter.
