This red wine is made from Muscat Bailey A grapes harvested in Hayabusa Mountain, Makio Town, Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Hayabusa Mountain, located at an altitude of about 700m, experiences significant temperature differences between day and night, resulting in grapes with excellent color and ripeness. The wine is aged in barrels for one year, allowing you to enjoy a balanced barrel aroma and the fine taste of Muscat Bailey A.
