The Koshu variety cultivated in our own vineyard was barrel fermented and then finished with 18 months of barrel aging.
The rich aromas of fruits like karen and apricot are accompanied by a moderate oak scent, creating a harmonious blend of mellow fruitiness and soft acidity, resulting in a full-bodied and rich flavor.
