"Delaware," which was imported from America during the Meiji era and once dominated as a seedless grape.
In recent years, while the number of cultivators has decreased, the potential as a wine variety is high, so we requested the experienced grape farmer Mr. Toshiaki Matoba to continue cultivation with seeds. It was made solely from high-quality Delaware grapes carefully cultivated in the Ushioku area of Kōshu City.
It features a sweet aroma unique to Delaware that evokes tropical fruits, and you can enjoy a gentle acidity and a moderately rich flavor.
