A red wine made from Syrah grown in our own vineyard in South Shinshu. It was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. The aroma features black fruits like cassis, mixed with clove and herbal notes. This wine has a smooth texture with moderate body, well-balanced acidity, and subtle tannins. It is reductive when first opened but will open up after a while, so please enjoy it slowly.
