Among the grape varieties in the world, Pinot Noir is considered particularly difficult to cultivate. Tōmi City is gaining attention as one of the few promising regions for Pinot Noir in Japan.
The Pinot Noir from Villa Dest is the 14th release of this vintage, counting from the first vintage, the 2006 vintage. It has a pale color with aromas of red fruits, black tea, and cloves. This red wine is delicate and elegant, with moderate acidity and a long finish, offering a sense of complexity. It is aged in barrels for about one year.
