The "Mido Wine Grape District," planted since 2019, is one of Japan's largest expansive vineyards, covering about 27 hectares cultivated by 11 growers. Villadest used grapes harvested in 2023 from about 3 hectares of this vineyard for their first production.
Aroma with hints of citrus, white flowers, honey, and tropical fruits. Reflecting the intense heat of 2023, the acidity is mild, dry, but with a slight sweetness.
