We used Saperavi and Merlot from Kyoto. This is a medium-light body red wine with a lively acidity and gentle tannins that are well balanced, gaining depth with aging.
Saperavi is close to the original species of grape, has nuances similar to wild grapes, and pairs well with root vegetables and spicy dishes.
Drinking from a Burgundy glass allows you to experience an even smoother and more elegant fruitiness.
