The Pinotage (Tree of Hope) planted at "Ajimu Hill Farm" by Ms. Martha Argerich has grown while listening to her music. The grapes, nurtured with rich emotions, have intertwined with her thoughts and those of many others, giving birth to a wine that plays a melody.
A pale garnet color with a slight orange tint. It has a complex aroma reminiscent of red fruits like raspberries, flowers such as roses, and sweet scents like cinnamon. The attack is medium, with concentrated fruit flavors of red fruits and sweet, complex spice aromas from the barrel, along with flavors reminiscent of black tea spreading across the palate. This is a dry red wine that feels pleasantly rich in acidity and smooth tannins.
