Chardonnay grapes from Yamagata Prefecture were skin-contacted (soaked with the skins in the juice for a set time) and fermented at low temperatures, carefully crafted to maximize the fruitiness.
After aging for six months in French wine barrels, it was bottled without heat treatment. This elegant and delicate dry white wine features refreshing aromas reminiscent of herbs within its acidity, citrus scents like grapefruit, and pleasant flavors of vanilla and nuts derived from the barrel.
