"Sémillon" is a white wine grape variety from Japan. It is a fruity wine with a gorgeous aroma. Despite being a white wine, it has an eye-catching orange-tinted color and a scent reminiscent of citrus.
Since it is sparkling wine, I would like you to drink it well chilled, but if you raise the temperature a bit, you can also feel an impression like honey. The sparkling wine is produced by secondary fermentation in the bottle, and the tropical aroma stands out. A wine has been created that matches the image of citrus from the Setouchi region.
Citrus fruits grow in clusters on the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. As they are transported across the sea, the surface of the water may have appeared orange under the warm winter sunlight. Inspired by that scene and the color and flavor of the wine, we named it "Touha," meaning orange waves.
