Brewed using 100% grapes from Hitachi Vineyard, which began cultivating wine grape varieties in 2016 in Hitachiota City, one of Ibaraki Prefecture’s premier grape-producing regions.
Chardonnay grown on trellises was harvested early at a stage rich in acidity and finished as sparkling wine in a pressure-resistant tank designed for beer.
A refreshing aroma reminiscent of lemon, with fresh and lively acidity, and sparkling bubbles dancing in your mouth.
