New series "Craft Valley Blend" second wine using our own grapes
We blended our own Gewürztraminer from Akiu with Chardonnay produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
By fermenting at low temperatures, we carefully extracted the aroma. A pale, translucent green color.
The fruit aroma resembles that of pears and green plums, with a citrus-like acidity, creating a refreshing taste.
This is a wine that I would like to pair with fresh dishes such as seafood and raw vegetable salads.
