The wine made with such feelings is the "Shiwano Series." It is a slightly sweet red wine with a clean aftertaste, mainly using Muscat Bailey A from Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture.
A fresh impression with a gorgeous berry aroma, fruity fruitiness, and a moderate sweetness that is not too sweet. The soft taste makes it recommended even for wine beginners who are not used to drinking wine. Enjoy it with various dishes, both Japanese and Western cuisine.
