Fermented with wild yeast. Maceration period: 12 days (3 days before fermentation, 9 days fermentation)
Pressed after fermentation, underwent malolactic fermentation in barrels (about 14 days)
Aged 11 months in barrels, then bottled. (Bottling date: 2024.9.1)
