Grapes from a private vineyard in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City. We thinned the grapes extensively (yield restriction) and harvested them late, producing grapes with a slightly concentrated character.This wine pairs well not only with meat dishes but also with teriyaki yellowtail, berry desserts, and chocolate sweets.No added sulfur dioxide, using wild yeast, and with sugar content rising to 24 degrees, this is a truly additive-free wine with no added sugar.
