One of the wines that holds a special place in our hearts, first released in 2018 when we opened our own winery, and since then we have continued to make it the same way every year to remind ourselves of our初心.
"In a large tank, we fill it to the brim with fully ripe Steuben grapes that have been destemmed, using only the juice that flows out by its own weight (free-run), resulting in an incredibly pure and luxurious flavor."
