Fattoria AL FIORE / Rosso 2019 (Red)

The year 2019 was a cooler year compared to an average year, so the sugar content was lower than in 2018.
It was on the lower side, but as a result, the acidity remained firm, resulting in a more refined, feminine, delicate, and elegant wine.
According to the brewer, Reina, it was crafted with the image of our first vintage, 2015.
The First Vintage was the first wine that was made, so Hirotaka Meguro carefully crafted it while being a bit nervous, resulting in a meticulous production.
I remember that it became a very pure wine.
And so, the 2019 Rosso was created with the image of the 2015 vintage that impressed Reina when she drank it.
