Curved Ditch / Yamadori Mai 2023 (Red) 750ml

I made Yamadori Mai for the first time in a while. The grape varieties used are almost the same as "Yamadori Tobu" (based on Steuben and Campbell), but this wine is a still wine, so I slightly adjusted the blending ratio. The top notes are nuances of pink grapefruit and strawberry. When you take a sip, there is a moderate sense of volume, and in the end, a gentle acidity spreads slowly. While showcasing the cuteness of table grapes, the balance as a wine is well-structured, making it very approachable. I truly feel that I like wines like this. Now, there is FUNPY as a lineup of table grapes, but that one has a small amount of SO2 added at bottling. This one is part of the animal series, so it is completely additive-free. I don't intend to question the necessity of SO2 at this point; I hope you can understand that this one is more relaxed.
