Made with Yama-Sauvignon from Yamanashi Prefecture (a grape hybrid of wild mountain grape and Cabernet Sauvignon). Right after opening, it has a strong, stimulating character, but you can feel the straightforward acidity of the wild mountain grape.
After a short time, the fruitiness increases and the flavor becomes mellow, but it is recommended to drink it sooner rather than later. It’s a taste more suited for enthusiasts!
