The year 2023, characterized by a long, hot, and dry summer, was another year with few diseases, following the previous year.
During fermentation, every morning and evening, we observe the tanks and carefully tend to the mash through extraction work. The fermentation period has become longer than before, deepening our affection even more.
With aromas of red berries and flowers and a bright acidity, it gives a lively and vibrant impression, while the dense and smooth tannins firmly support the core of the flavor, creating a delicate taste that lingers without feeling light.
