Named "Noir," which means "black" in French, this wine is a blend made from 100% black grapes grown in Azumino City. It is carefully aged for 13 months in oak barrels, resulting in an elegant and supple medium-bodied wine.
The aroma features spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper and cinnamon, along with the scent of coniferous trees like cedar. You can also sense a fruity flavor similar to cassis jam. On the palate, it offers moderate tannins with subtle cocoa and coffee flavors lingering on the tongue. This wine has a well-balanced harmony of fruitiness, tannins, acidity, and oak aroma.
