We started working on improving the quality of Merlot in 2020VT.
In the second year of 21VT, we reflected on the previous year's lessons and became more conscious of how we deal with microorganisms and use barrels. We feel gradual growth, but there is still much to be done. Printemps was made by harvesting a little earlier and including grapes that were not very well colored.
