A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Kerner from our own vineyard in South Shinshu. We perform "mash fermentation," fermenting the skins and seeds together. Enjoy the refreshing herbal aroma, light acidity, and well-balanced bitterness.
