20% of the total volume was fermented with whole clusters, and the rest underwent skin contact. It was aged in stainless steel tanks.
Green aromas derived from fennel, lemon, and grape stems; when first opened, it has a strong mineral sensation, but quickly changes to a ripe citrus aroma reminiscent of hyuganatsu. It pairs perfectly with raw seafood eaten with salt and citrus juice. Vinegared dishes in Japanese cuisine are also recommended.
