This wine is crafted with the image of Rosato 2015, one of the first wines brewed by Hirotaka Meguro in 2015. "Bis" means "encore" in Italian. As the name suggests, it is a reissue due to many encores from people. The label is also based on the label of the FAF series from the first year. It is a rare wine with only three vintages brewed including 2015, 2020, and 2023 to date. It is impossible to brew the same wine under different weather conditions each year, but it is also true that there is an interesting aspect of following nature and brewing wine according to each year. As a wine, it is based on table grapes such as Rosario Bianco and Neo Muscat, but by chance, we also received some lightly colored Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, so we mixed in some made by direct pressing as blanc de noir. The white wine thus brewed is then macerated for 5 days with the pomace of the top cuvée Rosso and Ohno field blend grapes from Ohno Farm in Takahata Town (a technique called Ripasso, used in northern Italy to brew with Amarone pomace), adding depth and volume. We hope you enjoy it not only as a refreshing white wine but also with various floral aromas and complexity.
