Vivid fruit aromas such as cherry and raspberry, with a sweet, very rich, and floral scent reminiscent of compote. Nuances of rose and maraschino cherry. Aromas derived from the barrel include cherry chocolate, leather, spices, and minerals, creating a complex and enchanting bouquet. The palate features rich fruit sweetness, smooth and moderate tannins, balanced acidity, and mineral notes, with a long-lasting finish. A red wine aged for 12 months in barrels.

Pinot Noir harvested from the highest quality selected plots was aged in small barrels. This wine, nurtured by the terroir of Yoichi, has been crafted into a high-quality wine that we want the world to know. It is an attractive red wine with a harmonious elegance.
