Grapes are grown without using any herbicides or chemical fertilizers in an extremely harsh environment where midwinter temperatures approach minus 30°C. The color is a deep rouge. It is powerful yet elegant, dominated by black and purple fruit aromas, with a complex, layered fragrance that captivates. This red wine has a rich and robust flavor, medium to full-bodied, unlike any previous rural rouges. It is a co-fermented wine fermented with wild yeast and unfiltered.
