The Chardonnay harvested from the mid-slope of the winery's vineyard is full-bodied and highly concentrated, expressing the unique flavor of Housui Winery with minerals and saltiness drawn from the seabed soil from 10 million years ago.
90% of the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, and 10% is fermented and aged in oak barrels. The blend before bottling preserves the fruit flavors while giving a powerful richness and finish.
A complex aroma of citrus, apple, and flint. A rich white wine with a soft mouthfeel and a sharp acidity that leaves a strong impression.
