Deep color tone, garnet, healthy shine and brilliance, viscous legs. Dominated by aromas of black cherry (Cerise Burlat), ripe mulberries, cassis jam, and prunes, with a base of damp broadleaf forest, sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, licorice), red roses, black chocolate, smoky and tanned leather scents intricately mixed, followed by dashi-like nuances reminiscent of shiitake, matsutake, and bonito flakes. The aroma is wonderful. The palate is smooth and silky. The integrated tannins are dense. The alcohol sensation is moderate, with a balance leaning slightly towards acidity. A supple mouthfeel spreads, but the latter half of the taste features a vivid fresh acidity, continuing with a gentle structure and a pleasant finish. A red wine with high flavor and umami, possessing the potential to age. This is a table wine that makes you want more than one or two glasses. It has a refreshing flavor and acidity that is sought after in contrast to heavy red wines, making it enjoyable with food pairing.
