The aroma subtly rises with lemon, grapefruit, and kumquat, with a faint mineral sensation, along with scents of raspberry and red currant.
The taste is based on a crisp acidity and refreshing fruity aroma, with a soft and delicate tannin sensation, finishing with a well-balanced bitterness and sweetness that leaves a savory flavor.
Good pairings include plum mayo potato salad, sea bream carpaccio, lamb and tomato stew, and stir-fried water spinach with anchovies.
