Aiming for a wine that can be enjoyed at everyday dining tables, it is made as a rosé wine mainly from the black grape variety Seibel 13053, which is often vinified as a red wine.
The color is a clear, deep ruby red with a slightly reddish-black hue.
The aroma gently rises with acerola, strawberry, and pomegranate, with notes of tangerine orange and ripe lemon, and faint scents of blackcurrant and black cherry.
The taste is centered on a refreshing acidity with a balanced feel of red and black fruits, spreading a calm and crisp umami like a clear late autumn morning.
Good pairings include avocado and pear smoked salmon salad, herb salt koji grilled pork, hot pot with napa cabbage and chicken eaten with ponzu, and mackerel yuzu pepper potato salad.
