NIKI Hills' flagship wine, continuously produced since the first vintage in 2015.
We are particular about low-temperature fermentation at 12°C to maximize the aroma that Kerner possesses.
Using nearly 40-year-old Kerner vines from Aki Farm and Hirose Farm in Yoichi Town, as well as Kerner from our own vineyard. In addition to the crisp acidity characteristic of Hokkaido, we varied the harvest timing to add layers of aroma and taste. Fermentation uses several types of cultured yeast, and by blending them at the end, we create a unique aroma and taste that can only be expressed at NIKI Hills.
