This is a dry white wine made from Kerner grapes grown at Nakai Tourist Farm in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
Since the grapes were in a healthy state with few rotten fruits, they were immediately pressed, and primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation were carried out by wild yeast and wild lactic acid bacteria.
After that, it was aged for about 9 months in wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks.
The appearance is a slightly deep yellow. The aroma features the characteristic muscat scent of Kerner, along with citrus notes such as citrus fruits and a dry mineral scent like chalk.
A powerful fruitiness spreads throughout the mouth, with a solid body and acidity that follows the finish, creating a complex and multidimensional flavor.
