Chardonnay harvested mainly near the top of the winery's vineyard reflects the clean acidity and delicate fruit flavors reminiscent of a cool climate, embodying the unique taste of the snowy region in the wine.
To bring out the natural flavor and delicate, clear impression of the grapes, they are carefully pressed whole cluster, then fermented at medium-low temperatures and aged in stainless steel tanks.
A refreshing and rounded aroma like green apple and honey. The taste is fruity, with acidity and gentle astringency tightening the flavor, a crisp Chardonnay from the snowy region.
