Pinot Noir as a red wine, which had not been produced since the 2016 vintage due to frost damage caused by low snowfall.
A large-scale replanting was carried out in 2019, marking a fresh start.
Young vines were used as raw material for sparkling wine, and from 2024, when the vines reached 6 years of age, full-scale red wine production began.
We carefully preserved the charming aroma and flavor characteristic of Pinot Noir, along with its soft texture, paying close attention to the balance of clean acidity and moderate tannins during the winemaking process. It is finished as a crisp red wine typical of snowy regions.
