This is a blend of white wines that has been made since the first year. Although Bacchus will not be used in future blends, it is very aromatic and highly appreciated by many. The aroma of apple, pear, and honeysuckle, along with the taste of white peach and its skin, a pleasant acidity, and gentle bitterness, all come together to create a flavor reminiscent of fruit tea.
