Wine made from grapes grown in our own approximately 1.5-hectare vineyard overlooking Mount Iwaki, the sacred peak of Tsugaru.
This is the first production of a single Barbera vintage in four years since 2017.
A vivid ruby red with a garnet hue. Rich and layered aromas of vanilla, red berries, and violet flowers. The soft tannins, a characteristic of the Barbera grape variety, combined with the scent of barrel aging, create a friendly fruitiness and a pleasant balance of acidity.
It is characterized by being very easy to pair with various dishes, of course including meat dishes.
